SHACMAN's successful project partnerships with various countries continue to this day. One such example is the Phnom Penh Sihanoukville Expressway project in Cambodia, which serves as a key project of high-quality cooperation between China and Cambodia under the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. The project is aimed at opening up the capital economic circle and Cambodia's largest deep-water port Sihanoukville, cutting down the travel time from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville from 5 hours to less than 2 hours. This will greatly reduce the logistics cost and promote economic and social development along the route.

To undertake the construction of the Cambodia Golden Port Expressway project, China Road and Bridge purchased more than 300 SHACMAN vehicles in total. SHACMAN accurately pre-invested 300,000 US dollars in spare parts for the project and dispatched five service personnel to ensure timely vehicle service. All the vehicles used in the project have been running for 18 months, covering an average mileage of about 50,000 kilometers per vehicle. Currently, all the vehicles are running normally with an attendance rate of 100%, greatly recognized by the project party.
