KKH Road Project in Pakistan

The Karakoram Highway of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (KKH Road Project in Pakistan) is the road with the highest average elevation so far and a miracle in the history of road construction in the world.

The second phase of KKH project was undertaken by China Communications Construction. SHACMAN heavy trucks won the bidding for the project again with its good market reputation and excellent supplier performance. About 300 heavy trucks from SHACMAN were used.

KKH Phase II is located in north of Pakistan. In the early stage of the project, the soil was soft and the road conditions were very bad and most drivers never drove heavy trucks. According to actual conditions，SHACMAN service personnel train local drivers in a combination of "centralized teaching" and " vehicle training". In order to ensure that the vehicle 24 hours uninterrupted work, SHACMAN service personnel also actively participate in the night vehicle security work.
