The Road of Friendship and Cooperation between China and Cambodia - Golden Port Expressway Project

Cambodia‘s “Golden Port Expressway” is a key project of high-quality cooperation between China and Cambodia under the framework of “One Belt, One Road”. After completion, it will open up the capital economic circle and Cambodia’s largest deep-water port Sihanoukville, making trip from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville shortened from 5 hours to less than 2 hours, which greatly reduces the logistics cost and will drive the economic and social development along the route. 

China Road and Bridge undertook the construction of the Cambodia Golden Port Expressway project, and purchased more than 300 SHACMAN vehicles in total. SHACMAN accurately pre-invested 300,000 US dollars in spare parts for the project, and dispatched 5 service personnel to ensure the timeliness of vehicle service. At present, the vehicles used in the project have been running for 18 months, with an average mileage per vehicle of about 50,000 kilometers. All vehicles are running normally, and the attendance rate is 100%, which is highly recognized by the project party.
